Oxford School District Schools Earn PREPS Achievement & Growth Awards

Oxford, Mississippi — We are proud to announce that several schools in the Oxford School District have been recognized with PREPS Achievement and Growth Awards for 2024! These awards honor schools that have demonstrated exceptional performance and improvement on state-wide assessments.

The Achievement Award is given to schools that achieved a scale score increase at least TWICE the state average.

The Growth Award recognizes schools that made outstanding progress in student achievement.

This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our students, teachers, and staff. Congratulations again to English II, Alg I (OMS), 6th grade ELA, 4th grade Math, 4th grade ELA, 3rd grade ELA, and 1st grade ELA.
